The emission of fumes during application and pouring is very low. All resins have a low viscosity and are therefore economical and simple to apply. The sand mixing is easy even with older continuous and batch mixers.

The binding characteristics of ESHANOL / FUROTEC bonded sand are so high that the lowest addition levels - normally below 1% - are sufficient to produce moulds and cores of good quality. Almost all mould and core sizes are possible including flaskless moulding.
