RHEOTEC XL+

	Typically a core coating will act as an impermeable barrier between the core substrate and the mould cavity, ensuring that gases formed through the thermal degradation of the core binder exit the core through predefined vents.

RHEOTEC XL

	The RHEOTEC XL range of water-based coatings has been designed specifically by Foseco to address the needs of the foundry producing grey and ductile iron components to the highest specifications.

SOLOSIL, NUCLEPON & AMASILIC GS

	Driven by increasing health and safety guidelines and ever more stringent environmental legislation, the sodium silicate method in combination with CO2 gas or liquid hardeners has enjoyed a recent resurgence in popularity in steel, iron and non ferrous foundries.

POLISET

	POLISET cold setting polyurethane binders deliver higher productivity combined with precise dimensional accuracy. They are suitable for moulds and cores in both ferrous and non ferrous applications.

POLITEC

	The need for Cold Box binder technology that delivers higher productivity and improved casting quality with reduced environmental impact has led to the development of a range of high performance POLITEC binders, for use in ferrous and non-ferrous foundries.

ESHANOL & FUROTEC

	The range of furane resin products developed to suit the wide variety of foundry applications ensures that customers are able to choose the best available solution to suit their individual process and alloy requirements.

ECOLOTEC

	The ECOLOTEC process is based on the use of a water-soluble phenolic resin, condensed under alkaline conditions. The resin is the only binder component that has to be mixed with the sand.

FENOTEC

	The FENOTEC alkaline phenolic cold set resin process is a two part sand binder system based on a water soluble alkaline resin solution and a range of organic aliphatic hardeners. These hardeners provide a comprehensive range of reaction times.

STELEX ZR

	STELEX ZR ceramic foam filters are manufactured from Zirconia. They have been specially developed for the filtration of molten steel and are suitable for castings temperatures up to 1680C.

STELEX PrO

	STELEX PrO (Priming Optimised) are the new generation of ceramic foam filters, specifically developed for carbon and low alloy steels.

SIVEX

	SIVEX FC foam filters are produced in our modern, state-of-the-art production facility in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000 and VDA 6.1. Stratified samples of SIVEX FC foam filters are subjected to a direct impingement test to verify thermal stabi-lity.

SEDEX

	SEDEX foundry filters have been used by the foundry industry for more than 25 years. During this time, the filter and its application have been continuously improved in co-operation with leading foundries around the world.

KALMINEX 2000A

	KALMINEX 2000 are accurately formed, highly exothermic and insulating shapes suitable for feeding all grades of cast iron and steel. They are available as open or blind sleeves in the diameter range of 35 – 120 mm and can be used in both side feeder and top feeder applications.
