BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Coreless induction furnaces are utilised for effective and efficient control of all metal grades.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Green and Chemical Sand Moulding lines are utilised for both jobbing and production runs.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Complete Machine Shop equipped with Mazak Horizontal machining centre capable of high speed quality machining with 5  Micron repeatability.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Heat Treatment oven for stress relieving, annealing or hardening.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Valve Plant for the assembly and testing of multi-component water fittings.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Quality system implemented to comply with standards Australia supplier assessment scheme to ISO 9002.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Spectro analysis is performed on all melts to maintain stringent control of chemical composition, and certification can be supplied upon request.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Tensile testing is performed on a daily basis to ensure mechanical properties are maintained.

BALL.GIF (1027 bytes) Well equipped laboratory ensures tight control over final hardness and microstructure for all melts.
