years experience in the foundry industry. Originally a non-ferrous foundry,we have grown
in size and experience to provide castings in a wide range of metals. Our castings find application all over the world from USA to Sweden and throughout the Asia Pacific region. The services provided include the complete process from pattern making to heat treatment. |
Capability
Pattern Making in most materials and a wide range of sizes. Moulding in natural and synthetic green sand, furane resin, silicate binders and lost wax (precision) process.
Melting ferrous metals with induction furnaces with capacities between 350 and 750 kg, aluminium in two 75kg oil fired furnaces and brass in a 80kg crucible furnace.
Analysis by ARL spectrometer.
Heat Treatment of castings up to 1.3m in diameter and 1.0m in
height.
