Ceramics and Refractory Shapes |
The transfer of molten metal often requires a durable refractory shape to ensure it has a safe, efficient and clean passage. These shapes could be in the form of a launder, spout , tube, nozzle, box, etc. INSURAL refractory shapes are used for light metals with the added benefit of reduced temperature loss. Where refractoriness is more critical, PYROCRETE refractory castables may be used in in-situ or as pre cast shapes. |
